The T-Shaped Weightlifting Platform is a heavy-duty T-shaped independent weightlifting platform designed for professional strength zones, deadlifts, and Olympic lifting. The platform features a unique "T-shaped layout": the extended solid wood insert in the center provides a spacious and stable standing base, while the sides and rear are covered with large areas of high-density rubber shock-absorbing mats. This design not only maximumly absorbs the impact, protects the floor, and significantly reduces noise when barbells are dropped (especially during deadlifts and snatches), but the extended wooden lane also facilitates pushing sleds or direct access to the training area. Standard specifications are available in 1100×3100mm and 1100×2500mm with a 30mm thickness, and custom sizes are supported.
